Joan Norton VMD, DACVIM, of Norton Veterinary Consulting and Education Resources (NVCER), will provide a series of accredited coursework for the equine practitioners. Dr. Norton, known as an energetic and engaging presenter, was recently a guest and subject matter expert on Health Matters on National Public Radio and Rick Lamb’s The Horse Show.
