Strzegom Autumn Show Gets Underway – World-Class Riders and 350 Horses in Morawa

Strzegom, 3 September 2026 — Strzegom Autumn Show 2026 has officially begun at the Morawa venue. Nearly 350 horses and riders representing 16 countries are on the starting lists, ready for four days of international and national competition.
The line-up features some of the biggest names in international eventing. Among those competing in Strzegom is Michael Jung, who claimed the individual World Championship title less than three weeks ago, as well as Calvin Böckmann, U25 World Champion. The programme also includes the Polish Young Horse Championships and the Polish Young Horse Cup in Eventing, showcasing some of the most promising young horses.
CCIYH4*-S – Lara de Liedekerke-Meier leads after dressage
In the CCIYH4*-S for eight- and nine-year-old horses, Belgium’s Lara de Liedekerke-Meier and Call Me Senorita took the lead after dressage with a score of 32.8 penalties. The Netherlands’ Renske Kroeze and Magic Coconut are in second place on 34.1, while Germany’s Jana Lehmkuhl and Lanzelot 142 sit third on 34.5.
CCIYH3*-S – Pietro Grandis leads the seven-year-old competition
In the CCIYH3*-S for seven-year-old horses, Italy’s Pietro Grandis and Brainy AG lead the standings after Thursday’s dressage with a score of 31.0 penalties. Germany’s Anna Siemer and Eliope are close behind in second place on 32.4, while Poland’s Wiktoria Knap and Samurai de Murk hold third on 33.6.
CCI2*-S – Polish riders lead after the first part of dressage
The first part of the dressage phase was completed in the CCI2*-S. Poland’s Mateusz Kiempa and Olympic Boy currently lead the standings with 28.2 penalties. Fellow Polish rider Nadia Niebieszczanska and DSP Sonntagskind R are second on 29.1, while Germany’s Josephine Schnaufer-Völkel and Sante AS sit third on 30.2.
Young horses begin their battle for national titles
Thursday also marked the start of competition in the Polish Young Horse Championships and the Polish Young Horse Cup in Eventing. The horses completed their dressage tests, beginning their battle for the most important national trophies in their respective age categories.
