Strzegom Summer Tour 2026 Gets Underway

Strzegom, 30 July 2026 — The Strzegom Summer Tour 2026 has officially begun at the Morawa Hippodrome in Strzegom, Poland. Over the next four days, riders from 13 nations and nearly 300 horses will compete in one of the most important mid-season international eventing competitions in Europe.
The programme includes both national and international classes, ranging from CCI1*-Intro to CCI4*-S. Over the years, Strzegom Summer Tour has become a key fixture on the eventing calendar, attracting top international athletes as well as promising young horses gaining valuable experience at FEI level.
This year’s edition also plays an important role in Polish youth sport. The event hosts the Polish Youth Olympiad in Eventing as well as the Polish Junior Championships, where the country’s best young riders will compete for national titles.
Competition began on Thursday with the national dressage tests in the CNC100, CNC100-18, CNC90, CNC90-18, and CNC80-18 classes. Results from these competitions will also count towards the Strzegom Rising Stars Tour, a series designed to support the development of young riders.
On Friday, the international competitors will enter the arena for the dressage phase of the FEI classes, while riders in the national divisions will continue their competition with the show jumping phase.
In response to the weather forecast for the weekend, the Organising Committee has implemented a number of measures to ensure both athlete safety and horse welfare. The competition schedule has been planned with the forecast conditions in mind, while the venue is fully equipped with facilities for cooling and recovering horses. Throughout the event, officials, veterinarians, and dedicated support teams continuously monitor the competition to ensure the highest standards of safety and horse care.
As with every event organised in Strzegom, the Organising Committee remains in close cooperation with FEI officials, veterinary delegates, and all relevant services responsible for the safe running of the competition. Should weather conditions require it, the timetable will be adjusted accordingly to maintain the highest standards of safety for both horses and athletes.
Strzegom Summer Tour is not only a showcase of international eventing but also an opportunity to watch the future stars of the sport compete at one of Europe’s most renowned eventing venues.
