Mill Spring, N.C. — May 2, 2026 — A thrilling night of international show jumping unfolded under the lights at Tryon International as top riders went head-to-head in the $75,000 IHSA Grand Prix, the featured event of the Saturday Night Lights (SNL) Series sponsored by Skyla Credit Union.
Campbell Brown piloted Colina Z (C-Ingmar x Calina Z) to victory in a competitive jump-off, producing a double-clear effort in a time of 39.559 seconds to take top honors. JJ Torano and I Am Inge (Uriko xTina XII) delivered a strong double-clear performance to claim second place, stopping the clock in 40.256 seconds, while Brown returned to the podium with a third-place finish aboard Booster 13 (Barcley x Online IX).
“I’ve had her for just over a year now, and we’ve had some really great results recently, so I’ve been feeling super confident going into the ring with her,” Brown shared. “She’s incredibly dependable, generous, and athletic, and she really wants to jump clear, which makes my job a lot easier. In the jump-off, she’s so quick and easy to turn, and that really played to our advantage tonight. It’s always special to get a Grand Prix win, especially at the start of the spring series.”
With all three top finishers producing fault-free rounds, the class came down to speed and precision in the jump-off, where Brown’s efficiency and track proved unbeatable.
Brown’s success extended beyond her winning ride, as she also secured third place aboard Booster 13, highlighting a strong night with multiple mounts in the jump-off. Just off the podium, Eva Fisherman delivered a competitive performance to finish fourth aboard Casallvano (Casall x Silvana), adding further depth to a tightly contested field.
“I love showing at Tryon — the rings are beautiful, the footing is excellent, and it’s a really relaxing environment for the horses,” Brown added. “It allows them to take a breath and perform their best.”
The $75,000 IHSA Grand Prix highlighted a strong field of competitors and showcased top-level sport at Tryon International, continuing the venue’s momentum as a premier destination for spring competition in the Southeast.
