Cameras on Helicopters: Exposing the Truth

It’s been over a year since The Cloud Foundation took a bold step by filing a lawsuit to require the use of cameras during helicopter roundups. This fight is critical to exposing the inhumane treatment these animals endure and holding those responsible accountable.
Legal battles are costly, but we believe transparency — revealing the terrible trauma that occurs outside the public view — is worth every penny. With your help, we can continue to:
- Fund our lawsuit to require cameras (in addition to onsite observation) be implemented during roundups — on helicopters, at trap sites, and in holding areas — to document operations.
- Demand accountability and humane treatment for wild horses and burros.
- Advocate for fair and balanced policies to protect these iconic symbols of freedom.
Your support is more vital than ever.
Legal fees and court expenses add up quickly. Our lawsuit has progressed in our favor so far and is expected to continue for another 8-12 months before a verdict is given. Your donation will help us remain in the fight for justice and work toward a future where all roundups are conducted humanely and transparently — or not at all.
Donate today to support this critical lawsuit.
Thank you for standing with us in this pivotal battle. Together, we’re fighting for a future where wild horses and burros can roam in precious freedom with their families as nature intended.
