*       Parking is available on both sides of the equestrian center and you can pull your car in next to Arena B to make it easier to carry your things to your assigned place.  You will be met by a volunteer to check your name at the gate and to show you where you will need to set up your booth. Volunteers will be available to assist.  Cars must be moved to the parking lot before 9:00 AM.

*       If you leave at the end of the festival, you will be able to bring your car back to the arena to pack but if you leave early, you will need to carry your items to your car.

*       Upon your arrival to Latta Plantation Park, you will pass the Visitor Center at the front of the park.  Do not turn into the Visitor Center; go to the gravel drive with the split rail fence and turn right. That driveway will lead you to the equestrian center where you will be met by volunteers to show you the way to your space.

*       If you are bringing a horse trailer, continue past the first drive and turn right onto the next paved street.  A volunteer will direct you to the parking lot.

*       If you are bringing horses, you may use a stall in the upper barn but please make sure you clean up after your horse or you will be charged a clean-up fee.

*       If you are bringing horses, you may set up your booth at the barn or you may have your horse(s) with you at a booth in the main area.

*       Arena A will be available for warming up your horse or dog before your demonstration.

*       Please be prepared for the weather – the festival is rain or shine! The shade provided by the trees at Latta varies with the position of the sun so be prepared.  This is an outdoor event and the arena floor is dirt/sand.

*       We would like for rescues and vendors to stay for the duration of the festival but we understand that the length of the day may be difficult for your animal to handle.  If leaving early, please let the volunteer coordinator know the day of the event. Thank you for all of your support!
