Vita Flex Victory Team Member Todd Minikus to Teach Show Jumping Clinics during Equine Affaire

W. Springfield, MA (October 18, 2012) – Vita Flex Nutrition is proud to announce that Victory Team member Todd Minikus, a Grand Prix show jumper based in Loxahatchee, Florida, will teach four clinics during the 2012 Equine Affaire in Massachusetts.  Minikus’s clinics will take place on Friday and Saturday, November 9-10, and will address important exercises and theories in show jumping, from starting a young horse at the 3 foot level to strategies for riding in a jump off.

Minikus is a well-known name on the show jumping circuit, with over 75 Grand Prix wins, five FEI World Cup Show Jumping Finals, and six Nations Cup Teams.  In 1997 he and Ravel won the United States’ most prestigious event, the $100,000 Budweiser American Invitational, and went on to become the five time winner of the American Grand Prix Association Budweiser Grand Prix of Indianapolis.  In 2001 he won the $100,000 Rolex USET Show Jumping Championship, and earned the alternate spot for the 2000 Olympic Show Jumping Team at the 2000 Sydney Olympics.  He and Pavarotti were at the top of their game in 2010, winning the $75,000 Nespresso Grand Prix and earning a spot on the Show Jumping long list for the 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games in Lexington, Kentucky.
