US Dressage Festival of Champions Set to Host 71 Combinations across Six Divisions

Lexington, Ky. – The 2014 U.S. Dressage Festival of Champions presented by The Dutta Corp will kick off in less than one week, and anticipation continues to grow for the event that will run June 12-15 at the USET Foundation Headquarters. A total of 71 combinations are set to compete across six divisions as $155,000 in prize money will be awarded over the weekend in Gladstone, N.J.

In The Dutta Corp/USEF Grand Prix Dressage National Championship, which also serves as the Selection Trial for the 2014 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games US Dressage Team Short List, a field of 16 lines up to perform. Another full division of 17 horses and riders have traveled to Gladstone to stake their claim on The Dutta Corp/USEF Intermediaire I Dressage National Championship. In the USEF Young Adult ‘Brentina Cup’ Dressage National Championship presented by Dressage Today, a small but mighty field of five is set to contest Under 25 Grand Prix competition.

The youth of American dressage will also be on full display in the AGCO/USEF Young Rider Dressage National Championship, AGCO/USEF Junior Dressage National Championship, and USEF Pony Rider Dressage National Championship, as line-ups of 10, 12, and 11 combinations are set across the three divisions, respectively.
