The Alltech National Horse Show Welcomes JustWorld International as 2013 Charity Partner

Lexington, KY – October 15, 2013 – It is the 130th Alltech National Horse Show’s immense honor to announce their participation and support of the JustWorld International’s GIVE 4 GOOD Campaign. The GIVE 4 GOOD Campaign allows you to choose a cause that is close to your heart – a cause that will change the lives of more than 3,500 children by giving them access to the opportunities and skills that break the cycle of poverty.

The Alltech National Horse Show will raise funds through a variety of events held throughout the prestigious show from October 29 – November 3, 2013 at the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY. Their support will help JustWorld International to provide impoverished children in Cambodia, Guatemala and Honduras with education, daily meals, medical care, and access to leadership and cultural development programs. The Alltech National Horse Show will be the third horse show in North America to choose a cause for the GIVE 4 GOOD Campaign.

Make sure to join JustWorld International on October 31 as the doors to the Alltech National Horse Show open at 7 a.m. and 50% of any walk-in General Admission tickets will benefit the GIVE 4 GOOD Campaign. The Alltech National Horse Show is also pleased to raise awareness for JustWorld and their projects across the globe with the JustWorld Video, which will be displayed for all to see on the jumbotron throughout the six-day show. The JustWorld International staff will be on site in the Kids Area, parallel to the Alltech Arena, to provide information about the available programs, projects and visions that are the pillars for a just world. With over 500 JustWorld Ambassadors in more than 40 countries, it is nothing short of passion that acts as the driving force for the GIVE 4 GOOD campaign.

The JustWorld International Horseless Horse Show has become a staple for some of the world’s largest equestrian events, and the 130th edition of the Alltech National Horse Show is no exception, as children of all ages will take their turn over fences in its JustWorld International Horseless Horse Show Saturday afternoon, November 2 in the Kids Area adjacent to the Alltech Arena. All of the proceeds from the Horseless Horse Show benefit JustWorld’s GIVE 4 GOOD Campaign. For only $10 per class, children can compete for the top prizes, and the bragging rights. The JustWorld International Horseless Horse Show will feature the Short Stirrup Jumpers, Children’s Jumpers, Pairs Class, Grand Prix and Puissance High Jump.

The Kids Area will be packed with children soaring over fences as they dream of the day they may one day compete on the international scale alongside their role models. Many of those very same role models are JustWorld Professional Rider Ambassadors, and they are advocating for their causes across the world, and at the Alltech National Horse Show.

If you’re interested in volunteering at this event, please contact Amber Warren at awarren@justworldinternational.org or +1 (561) 333-9391.

The Alltech National Horse Show returns to the Alltech Arena in Lexington, Kentucky, on October 29 through November 3, 2013.
