The Equestrian Health Coach Announces Free Webinar

La Jolla, Calif. – January 13, 2014 – When actively riding, showing and caring for horses, one’s own nutrition and wellness far too often slides to the back burner. Now, the Equestrian Health Coach is helping equestrians bring their nutrition to the forefront to ride, feel and look their best – for free!

On Mon., Feb. 17, 2014, riders, trainers, grooms and equestrian enthusiasts alike are all invited to take the first step toward improved health and riding performance without leaving the comfort of their own homes or tack rooms. On Monday evening at 5 p.m. PST, the Equestrian Health Coach will present a free webinar titled Improve Your Health So You Can Ride Your Best.  Sign up to participate in the webinar at no cost here: http://www.equestrianhealthcoach.com/free-webinar.html.

Participants in the webinar will learn what meals and on-the-go horse show snacks will help them feel and ride their best, what single food could be draining energy every day, and what lifestyle change could be implemented to immediately have a dramatic impact on overall health. Time for any and all questions and answers will immediately follow the completion of the informational portion of the webinar.

Leading the webinar is Equestrian Health Coach founder and health coach, Kimball Willson. Willson is a certified health coach with an extensive background in the equestrian industry. As a lifelong rider and competitor, she understands the dietary and lifestyle struggles faced by today’s equestrian athletes.

The Equestrian Health Coach offers guidance and support to riders of all levels and disciplines who want to gain more energy, improve their diet and lifestyle and ultimately perform their best in competition.

“It was through my own health transformation that I gained the courage to pursue my passion for helping others,” Willson said. “As a lifelong equestrian, I also believe that the demanding lifestyle of a competitive rider can impact one’s health and performance in the show ring.  For these reasons, I am proud to have developed my health coaching business where I can support and guide others on their own path to improving health and gaining happiness.”
