Wellington, FL – January 7, 2013 – On Saturday night, the participants, parents and supporters of the George H. Morris Horsemastership Training Session gathered with the USET Foundation and Karen Lloyd, who graciously hosted a dinner at her lovely Palm Beach Polo home in Wellington, FL. This year’s riders participated in a five-day clinic at the Palm Beach International Equestrian center with former U.S. Chef d’Equipe George H. Morris. The 12 riders selected for the clinic included Gabrielle Bausano, Olivia Champ, Meg O’Mara, Jacob Pope, Dana Scott, Cathrine Tyree, Claudia Billups, Stephen Foran, Ana Forssell, Frances Land, Abigail McArdle and Kilian McGrath.

Following the dinner, USET Foundation Executive Director Bonnie Jenkins congratulated the riders and their parents for earning their way into the session. “It is an incredible honor and you all have simply put yourself on the radar for great things in the future,” said Jenkins. “The USET Foundation’s mission is promoting international excellence, supporting athletes and building for the future. Clearly this week was building for the future. Certainly the future is very, very bright.”

ESP to Host Seventh Annual George H. Morris Horsemastership Training Session

Wellington, FL – December 22, 2012 – Equestrian Sport Productions is pleased to host the rising stars in equestrian sport in Wellington, FL, on January 2-6, 2013 at the seventh annual George H. Morris Horsemastership Training Session presented by USHJA and Adequan. The Palm Beach International Equestrian Center will once again host 12 up-and-coming talents at the five-day training session.

The United States Hunter and Jumper Association (USHJA) and Adequan return as title sponsors in 2013, while SmartPak, Practical Horseman, and Equestrian Sport Productions have signed on as event sponsors.

Lexington, KY – The United States Equestrian Federation will ring in the New Year with the seventh annual George H. Morris Horsemastership Training Session presented by USHJA and Adequan. The Palm Beach International Equestrian Center in Wellington, FL will once again host the prestigious clinic January 2-6, 2013.

The following 12 riders will participate in the five-day training session sponsored by Practical Horseman and Equestrian Sports Production:

2012 George H. Morris Horsemastership Training Session Concludes after Five Informative Days

Wellington, FL – The sixth annual George H. Morris Horsemastership Training Session presented by the United States Hunter Jumper Association (USHJA) and Adequan concluded Saturday at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center in Wellington, FL. Held January 3-7, participants honed their riding skills and learned valuable lessons in overall horsemanship.

Due to a severe cold, Morris, the legendary horseman and U.S. Show Jumping Chef d’Equipe, was unable to teach the training session sponsored by The Dutta Corporation, Farnam, Practical Horseman, and Equestrian Sport Productions. However, Morris’ protégés Anne Kursinski, Kent Farrington, McLain Ward and Beezie Madden stepped in to conduct the morning mounted sessions.

Equestrian Sport Productions to Host USEF Young Rider Forum at Palm Beach International Equestrian Center on January 6

Wellington, FL – January 2, 2012 – Equestrian Sport Productions (ESP) announces that the USEF Young Rider Forum will be held at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC) on Friday, January 6 at 5 p.m. The USEF Young Rider Forum is held in conjunction with the 2012 George H. Morris Horsemastership Training Session presented by USHJA and Adequan, which will be held at the PBIEC on January 3-7. The USEF Young Rider Forum is open to all junior and young riders (under 25), their trainers, and families.

The USEF Young Rider Forum will discuss topics and facilitate information regarding the Artisan Farms Young Rider Grand Prix Series during the 2012 FTI Consulting Winter Equestrian Festival and the 2012 USEF Show Jumping European Young Rider Tour.

The Forum will include information on the changes to this year’s Artisan Farms Young Rider Grand Prix Series, such as the new FEI rules that the classes will run under, and the details regarding selection for the team for the 2012 USEF Show Jumping European Young Rider Tour.

2012 George H. Morris Horsemastership Training Session Presented by USEF

Lexington, KY – The sixth annual George H. Morris Horsemastership Training Session presented by the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) will take place January 3-7, 2012, at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center in Wellington, FL.

An opportunity not to be missed, Morris, the legendary horseman and Chef d’Equipe of the U.S. Show Jumping Team, will again lead top young riders in a comprehensive program including mounted sessions, with other experts teaching stable management, veterinary care and nutrition. Riders will assume sole responsibility for their horses during the Training Session, the goal being to develop a pipeline of young “horsemasters” for future U.S. Equestrian Teams.

The invitation system for the participants will be announced in September, but auditing of the mounted and educational sessions is free and open to the public; however, a donation to The USET Foundation will be greatly appreciated.
