Gulf Coast Classic Company Announces Bio Security Measures

Gulfport, Mississippi (February 22, 2013) – Classic Company President Bob Bell has announced that in response to the EHV1 outbreak in Ocala, Classic Company will be implementing the following procedures immediately:

There will be a security guard at the front gate 24 hours a day, every day, checking all horses arriving onto the Harrison County Fairgrounds and Equestrian Center property.

All horses arriving onto the Harrison County Fairgrounds must have current Health Certificates (within the last 48 hours; please contact Dr. Gamboa at juandvm@aol.com with questions). EHV1 is very serious and vaccinations are recommended; these measures have been put into place to protect the horses showing at the Gulf Coast Classic Winter Series. We appreciate your support in our efforts.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the horse show office or email info@classiccompany.com.
