ESP to Host Seventh Annual George H. Morris Horsemastership Training Session

Wellington, FL – December 22, 2012 – Equestrian Sport Productions is pleased to host the rising stars in equestrian sport in Wellington, FL, on January 2-6, 2013 at the seventh annual George H. Morris Horsemastership Training Session presented by USHJA and Adequan. The Palm Beach International Equestrian Center will once again host 12 up-and-coming talents at the five-day training session.

The United States Hunter and Jumper Association (USHJA) and Adequan return as title sponsors in 2013, while SmartPak, Practical Horseman, and Equestrian Sport Productions have signed on as event sponsors.

The 12 riders chosen to participate in the Training Session are:

George Morris, the legendary horseman and U.S. Show Jumping Chef d’Equipe, will lead top young riders through a comprehensive program in horsemastership throughout the week. ‘Horsemastership’ encompasses mounted sessions as well as stable management and veterinary and farrier care. Experts from throughout the equestrian world will lend their expertise in both mounted and educational sessions. The aim of the Training Session is to develop a pipeline of young “horsemasters” for future U.S. Equestrian Teams.

Additional clinicians include Olympian Anne Kursinski, Dr. Deb Bennett, Ph.D, U.S. Show Jumping Team Veterinarian Dr. Tim Ober, and farrier Dean Pearson.

The USEFNetwork.com presented by SmartPak will host wall-to-wall coverage for the third consecutive year of this prestigious training session, which will take place in Ring 9 at PBIEC. The public is also welcome to audit all mounted and educational sessions at no charge.
