Wellington, FL – May 3, 2010 – Robert Ross, in conjunction with his office, Keller Williams Realty, hosted a grand gala on the property of his latest listing at 3410 Old Hampton Drive in Wellington. The amazing facility was open to the public for one evening and featured cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, tours of the breathtaking facility and a very special Musical Freestyle performance by the one and only Robert Dover. Over 200 people attended the End of Season Celebration, which was a huge success, raising over $20,000 to benefit the Equestrian Aid Foundation (EAF) as well as injured riders Charlie Weaver and Courtney King-Dye.

Delicious hors d’oeuvres and cocktails were provided at every turn as guests toured the amazing barn and living quarters on this 15,366 sq. ft. property.  Volunteers displayed silent auction items to raise money for the Equestrian Aid Foundation, and Robert Dover’s freestyle was the grand finale to an amazing evening to raise money for fellow equestrians.

Robert Ross would like to extend a special thank you to Robert Dover for his beautiful Musical Freestyle on Maryanne Hayman’s Don Principe, the stallion that Courtney King-Dye had been competing on prior to her accident. Ross also thanks Jacquie McCutchan and Leslie Andriola for running the auction and donation table; Mason Phelps and Lauren Fisher from Phelps Media Group for all of their generous help (at the last minute); Sheryl Kursar for contributing to the silent auction for EAF; Jimmy Silva for preparing the barn in just a few short days; Meagan Hardcastle for her unending energy in helping to produce all aspects of the event and thinking of everything! To Lindsey Fecteau for helping set up, property stage, and giving barn tours; Jennifer Brewer for running the Welcome/Sign in table and invitation design; Marcia at Top Notch Caterers for her fabulous food and drinks; and last, but not least, to Kim Tudor for her help with promoting the event on her radio show and in Tampa.

This is unquestionably the most extravagant equestrian facility in Wellington and Robert Ross is available for private tours.  Owners will enjoy the luxury of the finest materials available, but planned and constructed with the horse in mind at every turn. Built in a style reminiscent of an old world European castle with finishes that would rival any Palm Beach estate, the facility features two arenas, a large state-of-the-art jumping arena as well as a dressage arena with top-of-the-line footing and mirrors; 20 stalls, four paddocks, three wash stalls and hot walkers; grand owner’s apartment, manager’s apartment, studio apartment, and rotunda. Upstairs living areas come with oversized balconies and terrace, perfect for watching your horses or entertaining guests. The property also boasts four kitchens, three laundry facilities, two tack rooms, two feed rooms, three ice makers, a separate garage, and custom made stalls that all make this the ideal home for you and your horse.
