November 14, 2010 – Today we finished the first of two weeks in Conyers, Ga.  We had a great week of showing.   The highlights of the shows started with the Welcome Class that was won by David Jennings riding Tornado, owned by Two Shannons Farm.  There were 33 in the class.

This show was the host of the Zone 4 Finals and the following were the Champions.  Congrats to all.

Today we had two $25,000 classes.  The first was the 8th Annual Barry Lane Memorial $25,000 1.15m Children’s Adult Jumper Classic.  The winner was Alissa Kinsey riding her horse Grisset.

After the Barry Lane class we held the $25,000 EMO Atlanta Fall Classic Grand Prix.  We had 39 entries and the winner was Marcus Aurelius owned and shown by David Jennings.

Like I said, we had a great show and we are looking forward to next week when we will have a $25,000 Welcome Class and a $25,000 Grand Prix plus we have double our normal prize money in our classics along with the Classic Company Horse of the Year awards.  If you want stalls, we have some available.

I will also host a Zone 4 meeting on Friday at 5:30 at the covered arena for a short talk about the new RCPs we will be voting on soon.

The Gulfport prize list is at the printer and should be mailed over the Thanksgiving week and the prize list should be posted by Tuesday online.
