Responsible for overall management of the show including, but not limited to budgetary, operational, and marketing accountability. 904-616-5322 or e-mail me at president@nfladressage.org

Show Manager – Klaus Fraessdorf

Responsible for the design and implementation of the operational aspects of the show including officials/judges procurement & travel, prize list development, entry processing, meeting all FEI, USA Equestrian and USDF rules and regulations, and post-show reporting.

Treasurer – Barbara Cesery

Responsible for the proper accounting of all revenue and expenses associated with the competition including checking account opening and closing, P&L entries and reporting, and accounts payable and receivables.

Sponsorships – Mary O’Brien & Barbara Cesery, president@nfladressage.org

Responsible for the coordination of all aspects of targeting, approaching, securing, and fulfillment of sponsorship money to underwrite the costs of the competition and special events.

Public Relations – Jean Ruth

Responsible for the development of a media list for the five-state region (FL, GA, SC, AL, TN), development of press releases, coordination of media tours, and media hospitality (in coordination with the Hospitality Chairmen).

Program – Michelle Segars & Donna Grasso, Pam Rodehaver advertising@nfladressage.org

Responsible for the design, collation of schedule of classes and special events, procurement of advertising, and printing of the program.

Vendors – Jill Morris, vendors@nfladressage.org & Teri Rehkopf

Responsible for marketing, selling, and coordinating vendor space for the Equestrian Trade Show.

Hospitality – Marge Savage, Mary Ann Kovach & Jill Morris

Responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming, pleasant, and entertaining environment for all competitors, spectators, media, and special guests including, but not limited to, competitor packets/gifts, judges & volunteers break room, Equestrian Art Show/Competitors’ Party, and Judges/Officials Dinners.

Stabling – Jack Rodehaver

Responsible for the coordination of all stabling including fulfilling stabling requests, staff charts & name tags, directing trailer traffic & parking the first two days of the show, and auditing stall use twice daily.

Grounds/Decorations – Susan Johnson

Responsible for the design, placement & clean up of all on-ground decorations including plants & flowers, directional signage, entertaining space, etc.

Scribes – Pat Brokema

Responsible for the recruitment, scheduling, training, and supervision of all scribes throughout the competition.

Scorers – Klaus Fraessdorf

Responsible for the recruitment, scheduling, training and supervision of all scorers throughout the competition.

Ring Stewards – Dale Dunn

Responsible for the recruitment, scheduling, training and supervision of all ring stewards throughout the competition.

Runners – Molly Tatham

Responsible for the collection and delivery of all test sheets from all competitive rings to the scorers on a timely and organized fashion.

Awards – Sandy Winterbourne, Christine Cramer & Babette Grzyboski

Responsible for the procurement of all competition awards (excluding Championship classes) including ribbons, 1 st place awards, and special awards. Also responsible for the coordination of all Award Ceremony activities for Championship classes and special awards.

Transportation – Sarah Hayes

Responsible for the coordination of transportation for all inbound judges and officials to include reservation or procurement of vehicles, scheduling issues, introductory packets (directions, schedule of events, hotel information, etc.), and return of all vehicles.

Volunteer Incentive – Un-named

Responsible for developing a database of all volunteers and coordinating the procurement and distribution of an approved “thank you” gift for all volunteers.
