STADIUM JUMPING APPOINTS JOHN J. CANAVAN AS PRESIDENT

WELLINGTON, FL, MAY 31, 2007- Gene Mische, chairman and chief executive officer of Stadium Jumping announced today that John Canavan has been appointed as president of Stadium Jumping. Canavan's appointment was approved by Stadium Jumping's board of directors. In addition, the board also re-elected Gene Mische as the chairman of the board and chief executive officer, reconfirming its commitment to Mische's leadership.

As president, Canavan will be responsible for all administrative and business aspects for Stadium Jumping's growing business needs impacted by the highly anticipated move to its new location. Canavan will oversee the annual business planning process and provide management expertise to the company's business operations. He will focus a great deal of his time on assisting Mische with the company's construction and relocation of the showgrounds in its new location, scheduled for 2008. The new Stadium Jumping facilities are slated to become one of the most significant equestrian arenas and equestrian facilities in North America.

Canavan has over thirty years of senior management and strategic planning experience in a variety of industries including consumer products, consumer and business services and healthcare. He began his career as a senior auditor at Deloitte & Touche in Newark, N.J., and then moved to Montvale, N.J. where he served in a variety of management roles for nearly a decade at Grandmet USA, Inc. He then moved to Phoenix, Ariz. where he joined The Dial Corporation as manager of acquisitions and later vice president of planning and acquisitions for Travelers Express Company, a Dial Corporation subsidiary.

In the mid-90s Canavan became director of acquisitions at Omnicare, a $2 billion pharmacy services provider in Cincinnati, Ohio. He most recently led Strategic Growth Advisors, LLC in Buffalo, N.Y. as a principal, and was also a member of the board of directors for Healthnow, Inc., a 900,000 member health plan including Blue Cross/Blue Shield. 

Canavan became a Certified Public Accountant when he was with Deloitte & Touche and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Rutgers University and a Bachelors of Science degree in business administration from Drexel University.

Canavan will reside in Wellington, Florida.
